Lakeland Capabilities Ltd was founded in 2012 by Joanne Chambers, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, based in Cockermouth, Cumbria.  Joanne has fifteen years’ experience of designing and delivering assessment and development solutions. Joanne is a personal performance coach, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a registered practitioner with the Health Care Professions Council.  Joanne works with a number of associate business psychologists to deliver larger scale projects, all of whom are Chartered Psychologists, registered with the British Psychological Society.
